The DDP manufacturer is Ardis Technologies. The manufacturers warranty for the DynamicDrivePool is 12 months and is on software upgrades, bug fixes, system repair, transport costs from the manufacturer and technical support by phone and or email under the condition that a proper internet connection for the DDP has been set up and that proper email addresses for alarm event notification has been entered upon installation. Part replacement warranty is 36 months. The replacement of a broken part can be at your address within 24 hours after the report of the broken part is received. When the situation occurs that the DDP system must be repaired the system can be send to us. There are no transport costs from the manufacturer involved in Europe within the warranty period. The 12 month warranty period can be extended with additional periods against a fee.
